What We Collect

We collect quiz answers temporarily to calculate a result, optional dog profile details for product/report display, basic usage events, and payment status needed to unlock paid reports. With your analytics consent, Google Analytics receives a sanitized page URL, campaign parameters, technical visit information, and product-funnel events. Stripe session IDs, report credentials, email addresses, dog names, and personalized report content are not sent to Google Analytics. When a link contains campaign, creator, partner, group, or customer-referral tags, we store first- and last-touch attribution in the browser and aggregate conversion counts. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

Research participation is a separate, optional purpose. If you actively opt in from an eligible English result page, a dedicated research table receives the assessment's derived axis scores, result code, version fields, and optional coarse profile fields. Research does not receive the original answers, dog name, email, payment details, report credentials, IP address, user-agent, or precise location. The research unit is one assessment observation, not a unique dog count. Individual detail is retained for up to 24 months and then converted to safe aggregates. Read the research participation explanation and keep the withdrawal receipt shown after contribution.

02

How We Use It

We use data to generate results, keep reports available, prevent abuse, process support requests, measure campaigns in aggregate, attribute partner and customer referrals, and improve the assessment and its marketing.

03

Your Choices

Dog name and breed are optional. On your first visit, you can accept or decline analytics cookies. Analytics also honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. You can use the controls below to change your analytics choice, remove local attribution, or stop Rocha analytics in this browser. Research participation is never implied by accepting Analytics, purchasing Pro, or viewing a result. Authorized reviews and marketing-email sign-up are submitted only with consent.

04

Marketing Email

If you explicitly opt in, we store your email address, consent record, optional dog name and result profile, and whether you requested 30- and 90-day retest reminders. We use Resend to deliver D1, D3, D5, D7 and optional D30/D90 messages. Every message contains a signed unsubscribe link. Marketing email is separate from transactional paid-report access.

05

Retention

Browser attribution expires after 180 days. Active marketing-subscriber records expire after 400 days unless consent is renewed; after unsubscribe, the inactive record expires after 30 days. Operational security, aggregate statistics, payment, and support records may follow different periods needed for fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.

06

Service Providers and Contact

We use service providers including Vercel and Redis/KV infrastructure for hosting and storage, Supabase for server-only research storage, Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for consented public-site traffic and conversion measurement, and Resend for opted-in marketing email. The current Supabase research project is deployed in us-east-1 (United States); provider processing terms and any applicable international-transfer requirements must be reviewed before research collection is enabled. Google Analytics is disabled on private report and report-recovery routes. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@rochatechnology.com. If you lose an anonymous research receipt, support cannot reliably locate the record by email, IP, dog name, or browser identity.
